​How Much Does a House Cleaning Service Cost?
Every home is unique, and our pricing is customized to ensure your cleaning is thorough, fair, and accurate.
Your cleaning estimate is based on several factors, including:

For ongoing services, an initial deep clean is required to bring your home up to our standards. After that, we provide a consistent maintenance rate based on your selected schedule.
We offer free in-home estimates so we can see your space, understand your needs, and provide the most accurate pricing possible — with no surprises.
Will All House Cleaning Visits Cost the Same Amount?
No. The first cleaning visit typically costs more than ongoing visits.
Your initial service is a deep clean, which allows us to bring your home up to our standards by addressing built-up dust, grime, and detail areas that aren’t part of routine maintenance.
Once the initial deep clean is completed, your home can be easily maintained with regular ongoing service. These maintenance visits are charged at a flat, consistent rate based on your selected schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
You will receive clear, upfront pricing for both the initial deep clean and your ongoing maintenance visits before any service is scheduled.
Do I Have To Be Home When Swept Away by Shaye's Technicians Clean?
No, you do not need to be home during your cleaning.
Many of our clients choose to provide us with a key, garage code, or door code so we can clean while they are at work or away. Our team is fully licensed, insured, and bonded, and we treat every home with care and respect.
If you prefer to be home during your cleaning, that is perfectly fine as well. We are happy to work around your comfort level.

What Should I Do About My Security/Alarm System on House Cleaning Day?
If you have a security system, please make the necessary arrangements to allow our team access to your home on your scheduled cleaning day.
Clients commonly choose one of the following options:

Provide a temporary or guest security code

Leave a key or lockbox

Have Swept Away by Shaye hold a key for ongoing service clients
We recommend using guest or temporary codes whenever possible. All access information and keys are kept secure and confidential.
If access is not available at the scheduled time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Payment is due on the day of service.

Do I Need to Provide House Cleaning Products or Equipment?
We provide all professional-grade cleaning products, tools, and state-of-the-art equipment needed to service your home. You never need to worry about supplying basic cleaning products for our team.
This includes professional cleaning solutions, vacuums, mops, equipment, and bathroom trash liners.
Eco-friendly and green cleaning products are also available upon request at no additional charge.
If you have specific cleaning products you would like us to use in your home, please discuss this with Shaye in advance so we can properly instruct our team.
